Based solely on what we know as of 9/14/12. Pretty formidable. Could only go uphill right?
Seems kinda creature heavy for a Delver based deck, but other than that I like the control and concept.

Added an extra 5 cards to offset the extra creatures. Waiting for some better stuff to make my life easier.
I wish The charms last 'Choose one-' was Target creature on bottom of deck.' would be BROKEN.
{Snapcaster Mage} is gonna be an SOB with that charm. You never know that If you send that creatures that might be the last you ever see of him.
Depending on how much card draw draw gets released and is usable in the deck, {Runechanters Pike} might not be powerful enough.
