Post by: Jdogtoocool on September 14, 2012, 10:14:46 AM
Can the opponent cast something in response to me placing a land in this case a {sejiri steppe} on the battlefield?

They can't respond to a land drop. They CAN respond to the trigger that results.

I literally spent the entire day yesterday looking for ways win as quick as turn 2 but {force of will} man, if they have it there is just no way.

The ultimate answer card, assuming they haven't killed you t1. 😁

Also, {Daze} is pretty good.

Still, even I they have a playset in their deck (not every deck can run them), they'd still have to have it in their starting hand AND a {U} card too.

Daze is good but I fear those cards that can be played for zero like {snuff out}
