It's Post Rotation

The white is not really doing much for you, I woul add another snapcaster and talarand maybe a pillar or two.  And izzets charm insted of oblivion ring

First I have only have 3 snaps and 2 talrands
Second is white helps a lot the main problem for blue are beefy creatures and bouncing them usually isn't enough with o-ring it really helps get rid of any nuisance and doom travelerer is good for chump block and add more field control
White is there to fill in for the rotation it does improve the deck and the reason I don't main pillar cuz its really a bad card. Its only good to get rid of zombies and undying creatures( that's y I side 4 pillars)
