I actually can't believe how well this deck works.

May fiddle with it a bit more before playing it on Friday.

Why so many cards?

Why so many cards?

It's actually pretty easy to answer that. But I'm going to complicate my answer. Lol.

Firstly I suck at cutting down my decks to small sizes. I see cards that I feel need to go into a deck, so they do.

Secondly this deck ramps really fast with all the elves and draws tons of cards at the start of each turn so casting a hand full each turn is usually not a problem.

Thirdly using the only 3 non permanent cards in the deck, I'm able to cast a third or better of my deck at once if possible. (bigger deck, more cards)

With all that in mind I'm using creatures to keep the pressure on and keep the enemies off me until I'm able to pop those spells and have some serious board presence, its pretty much gg as soon as that happens. Hopefully :)

Hope that answers your question. :)

I think it could work quite well.. The amount of card is not issue... Only if you are able to shuffle the deck...:D

Easy to shuffle, although I did have to de-sleeve the deck :(

All my empty deck boxes were for 80 sleeved cards, but I could squeeze 90 in there.. Just not 100 :(
