Believe it or not there was a time when those cards came in packs and didn't cost thousands of dollars and during that time people aquired them by buying packs and still have them. Then there are players who are now adults with good jobs that would rather buy a set of moxes instead of a jet ski because Magic is their hobby. Finally for the pimple faced whiners, they can use their parent's ink-jet printer and the many proxie websites.

Sorry if I offended you.  I believe most of us look at the posted decks for inspiration or to respond with recommendations.  It's hard for us to do either when the deck is filled with $100 cards that we only dream about.  Congrats on owning those peices of Magic history.  I'm jealous of your collection.  Cheers!

Not offended, just trying to make a point. I always post the deck that I put together with the idea that if a person likes it they can take the basic idea of it and modify it using cards they own or could afford to buy on the single's market. From now on I'll add a list of substitutes in the notes section.

That's a great idea!  Thanks
