Ok say I have {ring of valkas} in play. If I summon two creatures and equip it on one then move it to the other would they both benefit and get haste or only the one wearing the ring.
Only the equipped creature has haste, so once unequipped, the creature loses haste.

It's in the text. "Equipped creature has haste"
Having haste until EOT and "has haste" are 2 separate things.

It does however work for creatures that you can tap for mana.
Cast creature. Equip ring. Tap for mana. Cast next creature with mana. Equip to new creature of possible. Attack/tap, etc.
