I was looking through cards earlier and found a card I knew I wanted to build an EDH around. {Tibar and Lumia}. So I'm opening up for suggestions since I haven't built a U/R EDH before.
It would be cool to give it flying by casting something blue then casting an {Earthquake}.
Anyway. Start with the stapels.
{Sol Ring}
{Lightning Greaves}
{Command Tower}
Not sure how many there are but, stuff like {earth bind} and {walking sponge} could be fun.
