How come {Gifts ungiven} is banned but {Kira great glas spinner} is not? (Even legal as commander, woot?)
Those things aren't even comparable.... They are 2 COMPLETELY different effects
At face value, {Gifts Ungiven} is essentially 2x {Demonic Turor}. In reality, the graveyard is so accessible in this format so it is more like 4xTutor for 3U.
{Kira, Great Glass Spinner} is a great creature but there are a LOT if board-sweepers out there....
To say they aren't even comparable is a bit harsh. Maybe there is a really broken deck you can build around it. Remember every card was legal until someday 1 guy figures out how to break it.
