I made a {W}{G} turbo fog/life gain {Chalice of Life} deck that milled people with {Rites of Flourishing}. Not a single blue card. It's possible.

I prefer Bant for draw and snap caster since he's good enough in the deck
Ill bump Turbo Angel if you guys want. It is a very fun deck, it can win via angel beat down, mill, or sometimes Karn with a favorable restart. You could get some ideas there.
