What is the point of a card like {leveler}?

Thers is a card, can't remember its name, which would win you the game if you go to draw with no cards in your library.

I don't think the card your talking about was in the mirridan block that {leveler} came out of. So a 5 mana creature that's a 10/10 without haste that causes me to loose the game next turn.....

It could also serve as one heck of a surprise if someone plays a card with an effect to randomly steal a monster from you and put it directly into play - and found that. Not sure what cards could specifically force that, but there must be a few...

The point is to challenge you to find a situation where the con becomes a pro.

I'm defiantly not a spike, I like to see different cards and stuff, but this one, I don't see at all.

I think you really need to look at it like a combo piece.
{Summoner's Egg} + {Donate} + {Shatter}

Nonsense like that.
