The sideboard is really what I am wondering about. I am new to legacy and don't know much about the meta

I'd drop a {scavenging ooze} for the {gaddock teeg} in your main deck. Then cut down to 1 {choke} and drop the {gut shots} they arent necessary. Grab a {crucible of worlds} {sword of shadow and light} {relic of progenitus} and sideboard the {scavenging ooze}

But arent gut shots good against the small things in legacy? Things like snapcaster and delver? Crucibale of worlds is very good i will admit.

Removal is generally worse then counterspells in Legacy for the following reasons:

1) you have to let them hit the board.
2) does not stop instants/sorceries.

So if you can't play counterspells the next best thing to do is just answer threats with more threats.

Also, {Swords to Plowshares} is great. Giving your opponent tempo with {Path to Exile} is worse then giving them life in this format. And if you wanna be honest, using it on a pumped up {Scavenging Ooze} to get enough life to swing one last time...
