Do you know which has the cheapest prices? I don't care about condition, as long as its not damaged or unusable.

Ebay is best by far.

- easy to find cards that are priced below their average value, even at buy it now.
- most singles have no shipping cost at all.
- I have yet to recieve a card from an ebay seller that was in a condition worse than described.
- if you bid on an item as opposed to buy it now, it is possible to go far cheaper.

My friend has done this a lot, but sometimes gotten cheated and they dont even send the card...

Apparently, that place where it's 3.50 for a pack of Alpha! When you open your Alpha edition {Black Lotus}, give me a call, then sell it to get cards beyond your wildest imagination!

Ive been a Coolstuffinc.com buyer for years. I've spent enough to get a 10% discount on most things. Shipping for .99¢ and the discount for singles.

It kinda favors picking one source and sticking with it to hit those buyer tiers. I love them and the "buy 1 get 3 free" feature.

Is buy 1 get 3 free for first time buyers too, or just long-term?

Buy 1 get 3 is for everyone. It's mostly for commons and bulk uncommons. They have deals for some pretty sweet cards.

I use amazon.com a lot. Many if not all of the above sellers have a shop there, or at least easy links to their sites for me to go and compare prices. I usually end up buying from channelfireball.com, trollandtoad, coolstuffinc, and a couple other preferred sellers.

Every once in a while, you can find a great deal too from a random seller.

Amazon.com works best for me. Most offer free shipping and it's usually really good service as they want quick reviewers. Just make sure the seller is 96% or higher.
I've even ordered .38 card and got it shipped free lol

Great deals on slightly played condition cards from those sellers too, if you don't care about a couple dings. Got a {Debter's Knell} SP from an Amazon seller for $3.50 free shipping. There's a little tiny wear around one corner, that's it. It's sleeved and rocking my Reanimation EDH deck now.

What's amazing is sometime same seller is cheaper on amazon due to competition undercutting than on their main site. And usually free shipping. It's weird but works for me

True, I usually get the ones that say new condition, but if the deal is good enough, I'll get a played one

Also fast delivery and the bidding is crazy! I saw a chandra vs jace (original non-Japanese version) go for £25 which is really cheap! But eBay is good and most of the time safe.

I agree eBay. You set up a budget on what your willing to pay and keep searching.

I like trollandtoad for supplies, but tcgolayer does seem good.  I've only ever stick with trollandtoad, but I've only been playing for a few months.  I was a fan of them when I played Yugioh too, though.  I always say played but I still somewhat do...
