Yup I have a deck that uses this combo including {liquimetal coating} and {metallic mastery}

Nice! With this you could steal a Planeswalker.
A quick explanation for readers, since {Bazaar Trader}'s ability doesn't end, if you use it on something you control until the end of the turn the Trader's ability will make that control permanent.
