UB Discard Mill Help!!!!!!! 17 cards, 0 sideboard 1 {Black Cat} 1 {Ravenous Rats} 1 {Corpse Traders} 1 {Tormented Soul} 4 creatures 1 {Sands of Delirium} 2 {Liliana of the Veil} 1 {Smallpox} 1 {Mind Sculpt} 1 {Gruesome Discovery} 1 {Duress} 1 {Trepanation Blade} 1 {Frightful Delusion} 2 {Jace, Memory Adept} 1 {Thought Scour} 1 {Tormod's Crypt} 13 other spells Sideboard Notes: Want to know if a deck with synergy like this is viable. If so where should I go from here?  These a just cards that I came up with to kind of center this deck around. Any thoughts or ideas as to what I can add or remove would be greatly appreciated thanks.

This isn't a deck yet just looking for UB discard/mill ideas. I have been through about every standard card I can find and I just want some feedback from other players.
