Title: Chancellor of the spire question
Post by: Jdogtoocool on August 21, 2012, 08:10:21 PM
If I play {chancellor of the spires} and I choose a card that I can tap multiple mana on like say a {bonfire of the damned} from my opponents graveyard can I pump it up myself or does its effect work differently?

Ruling says u may pay additional costs such as kicker costs so I'd say u can pay whatever u want for x

I take that back now after reading omniscience rulings it says if u cast a card without paying it's mana cost and x is part of the cost x must be 0.
