If I have falkenrath exterminator in the field do the 1+1 counters from stomkirk captain or bloodline keeper count?

No those aren't counters so they don't count
O it's not counters it's 1+1
Correct. Counters will stay on the creature until something removes them, but the buff from {Stromkirk Captain} will end if he dies.

No because the 3 mana ability specially says +1/+1 counters. And those other guy buff him but they don't give counters.
But something like using a {bloodlord of vaasgoth} and giving him bloodthrist will give him counters.
