This is a deck that I really made so I am only putting cards I have in it

If I added kalastria highborns what would I remove?

That would leave me with 25 creatures and 11 other spells, wouldn't that be a little unbalanced?

The thing is, with vampires, you want to be swarming your opponent. On second thought, cut the Swamps and Bloodlord. You don't need too many land.

How many swamps should I cut?

I would say 2 swamps and the Bloodlord. Put 3 Highborn.

Where are all the {Vampire Lacerator}, {Vampire Hexmage}, {Vampire Interloper}, {Pulse Tracker}, {Guul Draz Vampire}, {Bloodrage Vampire} and {Urge to Feed}.

I just recently made a aggro vampire deck and it is holy functional with only 3 mana. Maybe you should try demoing some of your {Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief}. Also {Bloodlord of Vaasgoth} is a card that relies on late game; it's not a fast card. Other than that the deck is prett good. Hope this helps :D
