So, i made this list, but it's not the powerful deck that i wanted.

Lands:
4x {Smoldering Spires}
16x {Mountain}

Creatures:
4x {Warren instigator}
4x {Mogg fanatic}
4x {Goblin chieftain}
4x {Goblin guide}
3x {Raging goblin}
3x {Goblin bushwhacker}
2x {Goblin Arsonist}
2x {Goblin fireslinger}
2x {Goblin wardriver}

Spells:
4x {Lightning bolt}
4x {Goblin granade}
4x {Flame slash}

So, please tell me how to improve it... :(

What problems are you noticing? Not fast enough?

Edit: if you put curly brackets around card names, they will link to the card itself.

I'm sorry for the brakets ^^'
So... This deck is fast, but the problem is that if i cannot kill the opponent in little time, i've automatically lost. No control, no removal... Only little goblins, fast but frail.

Play set most if not all the cards also I prefer {chancellor of the forge} little costy but worth it

{Shrine of burning rage}? That should be good enough to finish any opponent, chuck in a few {shock}s or {incinerate} for cheap direct damage and you will have 20 counters before you know it.
