Title: Why you should always finish a game
Post by: Sevenfold on August 18, 2012, 12:03:37 PM
I was playing my freind in a standard match. I was playing delver mass controll, he was using green mana ramp. I had him down to 5 and could kill him next turn. It was his turn he said show me the counter spell, i asked him what hes going to try and cast. He said prime time. I told him if i have a counter i will counter it. He thought for a sec them scooped. Then i showed i had no counters and he got so mad. But it was funny and we had a good laugh about it. Anyone else have storys that are close to the same as mine?

When I first started playing, I got really angry and quit in a multiplayer match because everyone was ganging up on me. I flipped over the top card orf my library, and it was {Elbrus the Binding Blade}. I had 7 land and an unblickable creature out :P

I quit in a multiplayer match once against a burn and a weird blue draw deck I was using a werewolf deck with absolutely no flyers and my friend dropped a {Stormtide Leviathan} and there was nothing I could do about it in my deck so I scooped forgetting about the burn deck also in the game and my other friend used {Fireball} on it his next turn and destroyed it. I felt so stupid after that so I never scoop anymore because there could always be something

I was playing my forest deck against a blue flyer deck. I had an army of beasts and he had all flyers. I scooped because he was stalling until he had bounce all my beasts. And I could stop his flyers. Next card was {silklash spider}

That just makes you a dink and your friend an idiot for not casting it. What you just gave me is not advice, but what I call common sense.

When I say show me the counter and they don't, you're god damned right I am going to cast the spell and not just scoop. What the hell is this?

Someone must be hopped up on some Mt.Dew lol
