If i make a land a creature then make a changling can i count it as a locus?

How do you plan to do this?  Reference some cards and a scenario so we can help with a ruling.

No, this won't work. Locus is a land sub-type and not a creature subtype.

Just curious, but I'm guessing you're using locus lands?  Probably a stupid question, but I don't know of anything besides {Cloudpost}/{Glimmerpost} that deal with locus.
