Normally I would run some basics to help curb the {wasteland} threat but this deck can run on such little mana and the Mox opal and springleaf drums avoid wasteland out right. Looking for suggestions on the deck and SB. The stifle is in the SB to combat against {pernicious deed} and the like.
Looks good! However I personally do not like the {Steel Overseer} so I would switch him out for 1 more {Etched Champion}, {Signal Pest}, and {Steelshapers Gift}
{steel overseer} can give you great mid game advantage while he keeps pumping up you entire field of creatures
However he is very very slow. Amd when you first play him he is vanurable to almost and hit while costing you a turn. That's just my oppinion. If he works for you then go for it!
Is {Grapeshot} good?

I considered it
Run {Blinkmoth Nexus}, he's perfect for these decks.
Total cost under $300 and it works great.
