Rakdos was sadsauce in the original Ravnica.  Hellbent was an okay idea in principle, but it was completely nurfed in development.  What's so "Rakdosian" about trying to cast all of your spells?  Isn't every one trying to do that anyway?

Haunt was an insane keyword. I still to this day don't know what it does 100%.

Orzhov ws much more powerful.
