all it really is, at it's worst it does nothing, at usual you get a land, at it's best you get another copy of the card you are ALREADY winning with.
I might add it to the mill deck how bad would double {jace's archivist} be?
The one time it ever worked out rift for me I got a frost Titan out of it....

IMO it's too expensive and narrow for what it does.
Trading for a couple see what I can do with them. If nothing else, it'll be a little back up mana ramp. Lol
Well, toss it in a deck with tons of sets of permanents. (don't use legends though. 😁)
