He isn't OP at all. He relies on combos, but then every card which could do an infinite combo would be OP. {myr galvanizer} would be OP. he has the right mana cost for the right ability and the right toughness

Equip Kiki with {Thornbite Staff} (it'll auto-equip when you cast him anyway) and go to town tap/sacing. ;D
