The best way of how to NOT become a mod is to ask to be one. This is true not only here but on almost any self respecting public forum.

Ok, no pm. Anyway, how do you actually watch for mods? I mean, how did you find those there nowadays(except jester, who is very easy to find)? And are you in need of more mods?
