So I just recently came across a magic card that actually looks like pokemon card. Could I possibly get a list of those from someone. Thanks.

You might to be a little more specific. Were you talking of Levelers? Did they look anything like {Transcendent Master}? Do a database search in the Zendikar block.

There is a jace/Chandra japanese duel deck that looks pokemonesque

It's not any of he cards posted l and or a planeswalker. The card I had saw was a magic card with the creature being charizard.

Might be a custom card or proxy, but that's my guess.
