Notes:
Basically create a board state with {tamiyo the moon sage} and {jace memory adept} lock down the board. Then {entreat the angels} or mill you opponent away.

If one of your win cons milling, throw in a 2-3 of {Mind Sculpt} over the feeling of dreads

It's not it's holding out till I can {entreat the angels} as well. It's just the combo that I like to pull off. Keep the board locked with {Tamiyo the moon sage} and {feeling of dread} than use {jace memory adept} to mill them out. The deck is very hard to play with. You have to allways leave enough mana open to cast FOD if they have a threat on the board. Also make sure to use an planeswalker ability during your main phase before u hard cast {devastation tide}. Can't wait to play against delver tonight. I did really well against a R/G Agro deck last night (except for the {bonfire of the damned} )

How does my sideboard look for delver thinking about siding in 3 Geist cause I think I would have a time dealing with him as well.  Help thanks.

Have you considered {frost Titan} with {stonehorn dignitary} and venser? I have seen that combo lock down a game with tamiyo.
