I wanted to rebuild a standard version of a control deck I had a while back. I went through my cards and came up with this.
Thoughts, ideas, etc.  would be awesome.

Thanks in advanced. :)

Id say {dissipate}/{mana leak} instead of cancel. Also, what exactly are you going for with this deck? I don't really feel the Cathars fitting into this control deck, and another delver would be good if you are going for a delver deck.

{dissipate} would be nice instead of {cancel}. The idea behind my old control deck was basically nullify the opponents strategy by either canceling things out, making creatures worthless, or taking them altogether. All the while hitting them with small - medium sized creatures. The cthars are in there as a creature/pump fodder. Another delver would probably be useful.

Quick note my old control deck was extremely successful but I do not have it stored in iMTG.

This deck isn't control; it's aggro-control.

Yeah it is, but unfortunately I didn't have enough control cards to make it more control heavy.
