Youre missing the combo, though this is not the best way to do it, it does work. First ofF {havengul lich} + {priest of urabrask} + {heartless summoning} = infinte mana {perilous myr} makes this infinite damage.
As for {worldfire} you have to cast {gitaxian probe} then {gut shot} and then {couterlash} the probe to cast instant worldfire with a gut shot still waiting to resolve.

^^Was kinda thinking this myself. And the cards you're using for the second combo don't really help you achieve the first. It's hard enough to pull off the Heartless Lich combo without a lot of support cards.
