No one cares how expensive your deck is. Of this is a real deck then it wouldn't do very well. No real strategy here, just a bunch of high priced cards with no purpose. You'd do better to break it apart and build 2-3 decks out of it.

Well in that case, I'm sorry. Didn't mean to flip. I just hate seeing people build deck with expensive cards and no strategy just to boast.
Understandable :P hate that also. The other thing I hate is new players that put together a deck like "OH! These 17 Cards combo together for an instant win! Isn't my deck SO amazing?".... Ahhh magical Christmas land decks...
Well I've read the other decks now, and id say you have them all on price lol, but I'd drop it about $100 - $150 in price to make room for other cards so it can be more competitive.

In standard, at the moment, the only cards with land names in their types are basic lands. Dual lands and utility lands are just "Land" under their type. The basic lands are, for example "Land - Forest". So if you play {Clifftop Retreat} and have no basic mountain or plains. It comes in tapped. Even if you have 3 more clifftop a in play.
Now if {Temple Garden} was in standard, which it might be come RtR, THEN they would come in untapped bc of the 'land type'.
