Thank you, i just had a 3-2 evening amd was feeling alittle down on my deck despite the stupidity of my losses, but this brightened the evening.

Well done, i am assuming the devil's play are place holders for bonfire. Good job tracking down {dungeon geist} I dont think anyone has mentioned that on here.

Actually, I plan on running the devils play and bonfire, devils play gets to comeback from the grave in case your first one or bonfire gets hit by a mana leak, and the dungeon giest are an excellent way of controlling the board till you can drop a game changer. I'm also goin to try { faithless looting} in place of the {forbidden alchemy} and see how that goes.

If you have infinite mana and let a mana leak counter bonfire then we have a bigger problem to address. I just run one {snapcaster mage} for the flashback and early game instant bloker for traft and other annoyingness.

My god, I really am dumb aren't I?

But as for the snappy, I don't have one and don't really want to get some right now. I think that dungeon geist takes care of the early game, also devils play helps with that as well.

No, it's hard to adjust to the thought of infinite mana after playing with a finite amount for so long.

Yeah, I'm probably going to stick woh the devils play though, I enjoy having a second chance or a second creature kill if needed.

Drop a slip for a {witchbane orb} and it loojs great! I personally prefer {blasphemous act} to slip but still great work. Main board though i would drop a wilds for a single {ghost quarter}.

The orb because curses and enemy bonfire's can be troublesome as well as other occasional perks. Quarter since sometimes you just need one.

I'll definitely give it a shot. Thanks. Any other advice?

I tried faithless looting in my heartless lich deck. I prefer forbidden alchemy. Faithless looting causes you to lose cards from your hand and that can hurt a deck like this. Also I would think about putting {flayer of the hatebound} in here. Excellent way to deal damage especially with the infinite mana combo.

I agree with alchemy, but hatebound is kinda cutesy and easily disrupted.

No. I thought we had this conversation already. There are two combos and the open ended burn spell is harder to counter act but doesnt magine gun the field before infinite mana i will admit.

How is hatebound easily disrupted?  It works great with this deck. If he is in play and your constantly casting creatures from your GY you are getting the {war storm surge} effect without the war storm surge.

Need i name every spot removal, wrath effect, and graveyard disruption there is in high quality standard decks? Not to mention the rare counter spell. Fact is that {havengul lich} is not a reliable card, it's power comes from it's ability to end a game the turn it is played. He is not a durable creature and once dead he's pretty useless. Flayer is powerful and i love the effect, but banking on the weakest part of the deck and adding that to the fact that most the time youre creatures will be weaker than usual when entering and flayer just doesnt make the cut in my eyes.

Thanks, that actually means a lot. I cant say for sure if heartless will be powerful post rotation, but i know it is severly under played right now despite it's power. I dot want people to miss out on this great deck.

How has it been fairing thus far?

It's actually been doing really well, I played against jesters exalted infect deck in a wall
Game and did really good actually. I also play smokin Terry's 5 color walkers all the time and I usually beat him really easily. I really like it and have actually been thinking of after rotation with Olivia voldaren and a couple other good mid range creatures. I think it'll still be viable just not nearly as good as it is now.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!

Sorry last time i played against turbo fog they just ran me straight into my combo and couldnt prevent the massive amouts of damage coming at them both fron attacks and effects. However my version was heavy red and a lot faster than any heartless deck ive seen or made myself.
