Notes:
First draft at a monoblack exalted deck. While days away from completion id like to ask for tips and opinion. Favorite thing to do atm is pump up say a Dutybound dead in an attack then undying evil it and if he still lives cast Deciple of Bolas during the second mainphase

Exalted +1/+1 counters stay until the end of turn, so if your casting undying evil in hopes that your duty bound dead will come back with a +1/+1 counter on it, your just killing it with disciple. Not a bad plan but maybe use another low cost card that boosts him up more to maximize the effect.  I use essence harvest in my exalted. Works great.

No i mean if he isnt dead spend five to cast undying + diciple to sac him at high power (exalted bonus) THEN get him back as a 1/3 w exalted and regenerate

Edit i also misread your post and ill have to correct you, exalted does not give counters. Its a temporary buff. Counters are permanent buffs or debuffs until removed.
