Focus on creature removal to open up quickly for my creatures. Any tips or suggestions are welcome.
Also help on the sideboard is much appreciated.
Highborn is better than hunted ghoul. I cant remember it's full name at the moment, but it's the {B}{B} 2/1 intimidate. And wheres {mortarpod}?

Aahh I forgot about {highborn ghoul}. I didn't think about {mortarpod}. Will definitely test it out.
{cemetery reaper} since you have so much removal make their dead creatures into zombies for yourself

And mutilate would wipe your field as well as ur opponents. "all creatures"

It's actually a good idea, they act as bad fetch lands, personally i prefer running {sign in blood} over {evolving wilds} in black though
I would take out the {Evolving Wilds} unless you're planning on splashing blue for {Diregraf Captain}.

It's in there for backup, in case they overrun me with creatures.
{cavern of souls} always has a place in a tribal deck.
