Using a varient combo from my casper, you can create an infinite drain life effect, with the perk of getting rid of every creature your opponant(s) control.
{aluren} {thief of hope} {kami of false hope} and {enduring renewal} comprise the life drain portion.
If they control no creatures which prevent them from losing life then this should be sufficient.
If they have such creatures, then by playing {grave pact} you can wipe the board of your opponant's creatures, as they have to sacrifice one creature for every time one of yours goes to the graveyard, bypassing even indestructable and untargetabble conditions.
To play the combo, you can drop the cards into play as you get them, saving the renewal for last, as many would target that in a heartbeat given the chance, and to ensure you have the creatures needed in hand or play first.
Once the {enduring renewal} is in play, you can start sacrificing the {kami of false hope} even if there is no combat damage on the stack.
Returning the kami to your hand with the renewal's effect, and replaying it for free at instant speed, activating the {Thief of hope} ability of draining 1 life from a target opponant and you gaining one life.
If you have a {grave pact} in play, then they will be forced to sacrifice a creature if they have one.
Rinse, repeat at will, win.
