Same thing that happens in any other game: you get 10 poison counters, you lose. I haven't read otherwise.

Isn't commander 15-20 infect to lose?
Not based on the official Comprehensive Rule 908: Commander Rules. There is the Commander damage rule where if you take at least 21 points of damage from a single commander over the course of a game, you lose. But when I checked the latest rules just now, the poison rules were all the same, dead at 10.
Not that relevant, but in two-headed giant you need 15 poison counters.

Sure, except in EDH/Commander. ;)
If your group plays by different house rules, great! But officially, it's 10 poison in EDH. Maybe you should start playing an infect EDH deck? ðŸ'Œ
