{Phyresis} + {Hellrider}
Attack with anything to give poison counters.
For giggles do a darkness, fog, or such to really stick it to your foe.
Another fun one that I've seen on the web:
{Phyresis}+{Stuffy Doll}
Target your enemy with the stuffy then direct damage it with searing spear or such.
Problem is, most really good infect decks win t3-t4 which is well before you could win with these cards. Infect really suffers as an archetype longer the game goes.
I try to combine it with deathtouch creatures to buy that time myself.
So I'm making a green/black mostly when I think of Infect.
Hoping to hear some other fun ideas.

I think you missed the word "Fun" in the title. 😁

You opponent doesn't have to be running an infect deck for this to work.

Im aware. Truth to missing the fun part. But most infect decks In standard can win t3-4 unless playing against counters.
Yup delver is the enemy of infect decks where I play they sideboard like 10 cards for each other {autumn's veil} for example is one G infect decks sideboard
Another interesting Synergy:
{Dwarven driller} with infect added in some way.
Destroy a land or take 2 infect.
Figure out a way to untap and really put the screws to your opponent.

My Orzhov control deck won with infect between turns 6 and 15. It would use {inkmoth nexus} or {virulent wound} for an early counter and then slowly proliferate it with {throne of geth} or {contagion engine} while wrathing the board with 7 board wipes and lots other removal. Which reminds me {spine of ish sah} and {phyrexia's core} is stupid powerful inbetween mass removal spells.
