In a 2headed giant game if your teammate gains tamiyo's emblem, or any emblem for that matter does it apply to yourself as well?

Off the top of my head, I'm going to say no. Not that familiar with 2HG though.

It's just you, not your ally. Effects you control that say "you" should still effect only you, and won't effect your ally. Emblems say "you."

Yeah another example is having {elesh norn grand cenobite} in play. You partner's creatures do not get +2+2
