I'll block the tracker with the spirit token trading them off. Then tap Drowned Catacomb for
and my swamp for Mana Leak on the slaver. Untap
Draw
Place Isolated Chapel
Tap all except Drowned Catacomb to play Unburial Rites targeting Flayer of the Hatebound.
You take 4 damage from his ability.

Tap a swamp and a plains to cast Go for the Throat targeting my Flayer of the Hatebound. He dies and returns as a 5/3, dealing 4 damage to you.
Then tap
to flashback Unburial Rites targeting Avacyn, Angel of Hope; dealing 8 damage to you due to flayer's ability. Pass turn.
12 damage total.

Flayer would deal 5 since he comes into play with a +1+1 5/3
He doesn't have the counter until he's on the battlefield. The ability activates while he is on his way to the battlefield.

it would deal 5 damage. flayer enters with the counter, aand the damage triggers after he enters at which point he had 5 power. not that it matters now since thorn already forfeited.
