Other Keyword abilities are Redundant, making these Non-Redundant.
In this context, "stackable" means "If a spell/creature/permanent has multiple instances of [ KEYWORD ], each of them applies/triggers separately." I don't like the expression "stackable" since it leads to confusion with The Stack and how things (spells and abilities) resolve. But hey, it's an expression players use, so I'm trying to inform y'all.
Thanks for posting this. It will defs help players understand cards better, and understand why Sublime Archangel is so darned good!
Hellz yeah!
U Like math? Get three or four chumps on the board, cast Sublime Archangel and hit it with Infinite Reflections then prepare to teach your opponent(s) all about the wonders of exponents.
You: I have five creatures. I'll swing with one. Them: Okay, for how much. You: 4/3 plus exalted +25/+25. Them: T_T

Ok here is my question and problem, how do certain static abilities get to be stackable but others don't? Ex. Exalted is stackable but lifelink is not?

Abilities that enhance the card in some way (power, toughness, number of counters, copy or cast more spells) tend to stack. Abilities that change the way the card behaves dont stack (lifelink, unblockable, flash, indestructable) all of those establish new rules that only aply to that card, reestablishing the same rule again is pointless.

lifelink is a property of the damage dealt by the creature. it is not this creature deals damage then gain life, the damage and life gain is simultaneous hence lifelink is redudant. same for death touch. exalted bushido flanking etc. are triggered abilities which do stack.

Abilities like Exalted are triggered abilities, when X happens, put something on the stack. Lifelink is static, it changes how things happen. Typically, triggered abilities will not be redundant, but static and evasion abilities usually are.
Resolved. *gavel*
Bonus: Lifelink used to be triggered. Cards that use the lifelink-type ability but don't actually HAVE lifelink (Genju of the Fields for one) can stack since they trigger. So if you activate Genju three times, if it deals 2 damage, you'll gain 6 life. This is not true for regular lifelink. However, since lifelink doesn't trigger, you can the life right as the creature deals it's damage, before the state is checked.
Say you are at 2 life. Your opponent attacks with two Walking Dead (2/2). You block one with a Ajani's Sunstriker (2/2 lifelink). You would live since you would gain 2 life at the same time as the unblocked zombie mauls you.leaving you at two.

What about multiple endless ranks o the deads? Do they all trigger at once or is each one factored into the one before it?
Good question, things that trigger at once will all get put on the stack in order. So the first one would resolve, adding zombies. Then the next would count all zombies including the new ones, and so on and so on. So, yes each one counts the zombies earlier one's put into play.

The number of zombies you control is counted when the ability resolves. If you control multiple Endless Ranks of the Dead, the tokens you get when the first ability resolves will count for subsequent abilities (if the tokens are still under your control at the time).
