Need advice/help on my deck

As the title says I need help on fixing my deck up. It is a black red deck innistrad block.
So here it is
Lands (22): 14 swamp, 8 mountain
Black (26): 1 demonlord of ashmouth, 4 butcher ghouls, 1 ressembling skeleton, 3 soulcage fiend, 3 dark impostors, 2 bloodflow connosiers, 1 dark ritual, 4 essence harvest, 2 exquisite bloods, 2 preditirs gambit, 2 homocidal seclusion, 2 death winds, and 1 necrobite.
Reds (6): 4 thatcher's revolt and 2 rush of bloods.
Artifacts (3): 2 scrolls of griselbrand and swiftboots (hexproof & haste)

I am new to magic and i know this deck is everywhere. I am asking for tips and most importantly help on changing this deck. I have no clue on what kind of deck i want but my first intentions of this deck is to run off the rush of blood essence harvest combo.

I'd say buy a new avacyn restored fat pack. Whatever you get is what can help you get an idea what you want to run (make a YouTube video of it opening, it may pay you back) and then do a few drafts to get more cards you need, these are cheaper ways to stay hot in the game. Then the cards you don't want you can trade or sell. And most importantly Try making friends at a local card shop that holds FNM every friday. But it's really up to you, you don't need to follow my advice that got me here. Do also look at our ideas for reference. Good luck playing MTG

Also, as for your deck. It's a sweet idea but it needs some focus. Decide on what you want the goal of your deck to be, and then focus every card in the deck to that.

You have some solid black creatures that are real killers, so maybe some good morbid spells/creatures might work. Like {Brimstone Volley} and {Morkrut Banshee}.
