It would be an interesting twist. I just don't think Bolas would work so hard to release those octopus bastards all for nothing. He has to have some plan in store for them.
Id like more Bolas. As for lili being on Innistrad however, it has kinda become her new home plane. Lilliana is interested in staving off death, however, so if she'd have information on regaining pre-mending power, she'd act on it.
I think it would be cool to make it into like a mini challenge in game. Like
Nicol bolas, reforged spark
When you cast ~, place it in exile. When a creature your enemy control dies place a counter on ~. When there are 3 or more counters on ~ put him onto the battlefield.
Planeswalker powers Power 2 Etc.
Might be overly complacated but i think it would be fun to have powerful walkers but you actually have to gain their loyality one way or another. Like liliana might you to return a creature card from the grave or jace wants you to mill X cards.

It could be great, a double-faced Walker, with exile-transform as first ultimate, then you get the god-Walker.
The exile mechanic would be super-fragile in standard with processors.
So Nahiri has Ghoulcaller Gisa raise her an army of zombies to build the structure at the Drownyard that is causing the Angels to lose their .poo. and mess with he mana of the entire plane... Man Sorin has got his work cut out for him...
Oh .poo.. But that means it's reversible? Also Vampires vs Zombies war. Pretty cool.

If a zombie bites a human, and is then bitten by a vampire, what does that make him?
Zombies VS Vampires "Whoever wins, we lose."
In magic lore, being bitten by a zombie doesn't really matter that much. They aren't infected or anything, just risen corpses. So, a human surviving an encounter with a zombie to run into a vamp it would likely be either dead, or turned.
