So I have two questions 1) is there a way to show a foil price in trading and 2) how can I get rid of the low and high values because these are absolutely useless

First off, this is the rules section. It's for in game mechanic questions. You'd be better off asking in the help and/or trade section.  But to answer your question, swipe left on the set of prices for a foil price. And there's no way I know to remove the high and low prices but most people just ignore them for trading purposes. Low is normally used for selling for cash. Otherwise, welcome to the app!
