1) tap Sol
2) +1 ral, untap Sol.
3) tap sol
4) activate veil.
5) +1 tez, untapping both.

This also works with garruk Wildspeaker in place of ral zarek
Tap sol ring tap 2 lands
Activate chain veil
Use Tez to untap vail + sol
Garruk to Untap 2 lands
Rinse and repeat

If you use a land that taps for more then , you could even net yourself infinite mana.

Any 2 of sarkhan unbroken Kiora, master of the depths koth of the hammer will add 2 mana or even Xenagos, the reveler with a few creatures out with Tez, sol ring and the vail works
