Back in the day, when ante was required,  Contract from Below Was one of the most broken cards...

I've heard arguments that it's the best magic card of all time.
: draw seven. That is, if it's the last card in your hand or you want to ditch what you have in the grave to fuel delve or treshold. Seems better then ancestral recall even if you do have to ante an additional card. (Just hope it's not your black lotus)

And if it is just activate your jeweled bird and get it back.

Today, I went through their Commons $0.10 Box, their Uncommons $0.50 box, and their bulk rares $1.00 box. I spent $2.71.
They said some guy just came and sold them a bunch of bulk cards.

I don't know the worth of the antiquities ones, but I only payed 10 cents each. Lol I thought I could use them for something.

These are great for you but I have a feeling this place is absolutely ripping off people selling their cards. If they're selling some of that stuff as bulk they're paying bulk prices for it.

Side note, interested in the transmute artifact.

Typically, they only buy cards as bulk. They say that as they are a record store, not a card shop, that they don't have much interest in cards. The on their Vintage Stock near me (in Oklahoma City) ONLY buys as bulk, no matter the card, and tosses them in a big bucket. Typically, the only people that sell to them are the people that do not know what they are worth, or really need the money. The best place in Edmond to sell is Al's Card Shop, and he only gives 20% of Low TCG price. So there isn't really a good place to sell to in Edmond.

Side note: the Transmute artifact is for trade. But could you tell me why it is worth so much? If you still have to pay the difference in mana costs?

History lesson on Transmute artifact. Back when it was bulk, a group of players realized it could be busted (I think it was an SCG team or maybe even CFB). They bought up every copy they could find, developed the deck, and dominated the next couple tournaments. When it discussed that Transmute artifact was the cog that ran the deck, there were none to few to be found. Hence price drive up and still there to this day.
