At the beginning of each upkeep, you may return target instant or sorcery from the graveyard with converted mana cost equal to or less than the number of +1/+1 counters on Jester's Pet Demon.

Target player discards chosen card. -2: Counter target spell, lose 2 life. Use this ability any time you could play an instant. -8: Create emblem that states "Tap target land, counter target spells. 1, T, Target opponent guesses how many clowns can fit in a car. Answers must be greater than 4. Place X 0/1 Jester Minion tokens on to the battlefield where X is the number target opponent guessed.
Sacrifice 5 Jester Minion token's at the end of each turn unless an opponent said a number less than 8. If you are unable sacrifice that many wait until the next end step.

Well, well, well. We have been busy little serfs, haven't we? All these presents and it's been but the first day; you ARE eager to please The Jester, hmm? And quite interesting gifts too! Some of them are even bordering on acceptable.
As you continue to toil away trying to win my affection, keep in mind a few things:
-There's only so much room on an actual magic card at 9 point found (7.5 if totally needed). You can assume reminder text doesn't count. -I intend to make a combo/deck around the card, so give me something to work with people. My toys needn't play with themselves, I'll do that. I mean play them. *ahem* -Make it fun to play! The power level needn't be through the roof, but it should be decent enough to see the light of day.
When Royal Jester enters the battlefield chose a color. Hexproof When Royal Jester deals combat damage to a player that player searches his/her library for a card of chosen color, reveals it and exiles it. 3⃣: Put a card exiled with Royal Jester into owner's graveyard: Counter target spell if it has the same name as that card.

So wait do you want the card to be realistic? Or fun and realistic?
Fun and, well... realistic enough to be in a deck, but zany is okay too. There's no limit to submissions either, so if something crazy strikes your fancy, go nuts!
I may also give out "honourable mentions" for various sub-categories. If the mood strikes me.
Creepy Joke - Instant - 3BB:: Cast only as you opponent is talking. Then talk to him in a low, creepy sounding voice, moving as close to him as you can. If they say "Creepy" to you, you cackle like a madman, and say "The Joke's On You!" They must then either admit defeate or sacrifice 1/2 of their creatures.
Rule of the Jester 4C/2B 4C/2U Enchantment When Rule of the Jester comes into play choose a target player. Once per turn you may either take control of target permanent owned by target player, or counter target spell cast by target player.

+1: Look at the top five cards of your library and put a card into your hand that combos with another card in your hands. Put the rest on the bottom of your library.
-2: You may play the second spell in a combo or use a second activated ability in a combo without paying its casting cost until the end of turn.
-6: You get an emblem saying "Opponents cannot cast more than one spell or pay for more than one activated ability per turn." and another saying "Lands you control are indestructible"
