I'm guessing this Requires some burn or possibly a creature dealing damage to start, otherwise nothing happens. They're just two enchantments lol

This combo is just nasty. And commander legal. Just terrible.

Great to sneak in Multiplayer games.  I wouldn't be sad to have either of these in play in the right decks.
