They decided to not ban narset. They are just banning omniscience because that's what makes for brokenness. And I can still play my deck, so everyone is happy.
They banned Omniscience? Which list is it on? The 1v1 or multiplayer?

For all the hate you may have gotten from your playgroup or anyone else, this is still a killer deck, Taysby! I props for rocking it and props for actually putting this list together physically.
I did, but I want it to be more stax and making the game miserable rather than extra turns extra combats galore, which is probably the more efficient way to win. I'd rather cast stax for free off narset and blow up all lands kinda games.
Only now do I fully appreciate the badness of this build. Just ran an 8-man "simulation". Things dawdled across the board, but then Narset just took over. Greaves were on the board, and across the table only one instant speed kill spell, but FoW took care of that one. First attack exiled twincast, reverberate & the flashback extra turn for three turns. From then on it was just a puzzle, with 2 damage for each draw making removal of pieces necessary before infinite turns combo. (omniscience & enter the infinite into take turn & shuffle into library). Winning with 8 extra turns to spare seems wrong somehow.
