I'd also run Token generators (maybe Talrand?) and Gilded Drake, Vedalken Shackles and Sower of Temptation to steal their stuff and exile that too. Also, Mass Polymorph
Can my deck be featured in the Community Deck Round-Up
Does your deck meet any of the requirements to be included in the Community Deck Round-Up?
Well, it already knows what typenof deck it is. A sort of interesting commander play that just lets everyone ask: WTF is happening.
I ran into my commander when I opened it in a prize booster from FNM.
Come on, you know you can do better then that. You haven't explained anything to anyone who has never seen this deck.
Why the man lands? (I know why, others may not)
What are the combos? Synergies? Why do you like playing it? What are the best cards in the deck?
Be proud of the deck, explain why people should play it. Why should the community care? I enjoy reading everyones deck, and help out whenever possible, but I want to see more content before putting them in the thread. People post deck lists all of the time, this is EDH - have some pride and love for your lists. The point of the Community Round-Up is so that good decks with lots of content don't get forgotten by the tidal wave of new decks every time something is spoiled. It's like a mini-Hall of Fame.

Okay. Sorry I was holding back.
This deck, at first came as not a Polymorph deck, but a counter everything deck. When I went to FNM one night(it was after the M15 Prerelease), I got third place. One pack. Out of the one pack, I opened
Jalira, Master Polymorphist. At first, I though: Hey! What a great addition to my mono blue Talrand EDH! I played around with it for a few times. Then, I saw the potential. I saw what it's single ability could do. I searched the iMtG database for potential modifications to Talrand. However, sad to say, Talrand himself was cut from the deck. Since the commander I had was a Polymorphist, I would want to have creatures with P/T 4 or greater(except the
Cloudfin Raptor which relies on others to get bigger) at all times to be able to abuse the ability.
The goal of the deck is to stall as long as you can with counterspells like
Dissolve,
Dissipate, and
Counterbalance. The
Sensei's Divining Top helps aid the success of
Counterbalance. The most crucial peices of the deck, as to me are
Stasis and
Telepathy. Without these two enchantments, I would not be able to control the game. I would not be able to see my opponents threats. I would be blind. It would be this situation:
3 creatures
No hand
Activating Jalira's ability.
Opponent: In response, I
Doom Blade Jalira.
Me: 😥Why?
It is also important that
Mutavault and
Zoetic Cave are in the deck. It helps with them being emergency sac. outlets if ever I don't have anything on the field. Imagine, I can turn a 2/2 into an 8/8
Stormtide Leviathan for just

.
Tamiyo, the Moon Sage helps in stalling the game long enough so that I survive until the real fun begins.
Jace, Architect of Thought is there so that either way, I get something I need or to weaken their forces. In the last case, his last ability helps in taking their most valuabe stuff.
Jace, the Living Guildpact for more stalling and if things get bad, reset the game.
The
Blinkmoth Nexus and the
Inkkoth Nexus have great synergies with
Sharding Sphinx since they become artifacr creatures that, when they deal combat damage, create 1/1 blue Thopter artifact creature tokens that make great sac. outlets for Jalira.
Cards like
Rewind,
Great Whale, and
Palinchron help support in paying the upkeep cost for
Stasis keeping enough mana available for other threats.
The landbase of the deck is crucial. The land MVPs are
Reliquary Tower and
The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale.
Reliquary Tower because it allows me to have no maximum hand size if it occurs that
Kederekt Leviathan drops on the board.
The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale because, it has a faint synergy with
Stasis, which is: Do I pay one mana to save my important creature? Or do I sacrifice it and save myself from mana screw? The annoying combo once forced my opponent last night to just concede. Another combo I have is
Stormtide Leviathan and
Colossal Whale. The leviathan provides islandwalk while the whale just exiles everything since it's unblockable.
If I get lucky and reach my
Omniscience, that's where it get's fun. I
Enter the Infinite almost everything on the board and basically own the game. But other than that, the last resort to a win is
Faerie Swarm. With creatures that are at P/T 4+ it gets a little difficult destroy creatures. If they do, eh,
Counterbalance trigger in response, I activate
Sensei's Divining Top.
The deck's emergency reset button is a combo in which everyone asks: Seriously?
Mycosynth Lattice +
Darksteel Forge +
March of the Marchines which requires a lot of land or devotion to fuel. It would take at least 19 mana to fuel the combo if you're going to do it on a single turn. This is where
Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and
Sand Silos become crucial peices to the deck.
The deck has one simple goal:
Stall, Lockdown, Win
