When You Just Got Trolled! ETB, counter target spell who's controller  YJGT targeted.
Spells you cast cannot be countered by players.
Whenever enchanted player casts a spell, any player may say "LOL N00B". If that player does, counter that spell. That player gets a Troll counter.
Players with Troll Counters can't use this card's effect and can't use cards that can counter spells.
Whenever a spell is countered, remove all Troll Counters from all players.
Players that control Goblin permanents can't have Troll Counters placed in them.

0: Put a 5/1 legendary blue and red Elemental Sphinx token onto the battlefield under your control named Servant of Thordex. If you control more red permanents than blue permanents, this creature gets +1/+4 until end if turn and gains haste, sacrifice it at the end of combat. If you control more blue permanents, it gains haste and becomes unblockable until end of turn, you do not sacrifice it.

-1:Vayn Thordex deals 1 damage to up to three different targets, 2 damage to up to two different targets (also different then the first), and 3 damage to up to one different target. After this ability is used, Vayn cannot activate any abilities on your next turn.

-6: You get legendary emblem named Sculpted Dominion that says: "Skip your draw step, at the beginning if your upkeep, exile the top X cards of your library face down, target player (without looking at them) separates them into two piles. You look at the two piles and choose one of them to put into your hand, the other pile gets shuffled into your library, then Sculpted Dominion deals Y damage to target player. X is the number of cards in you hand, if you have no cards in hand, X is six. Y is the number of cards in your hand after Sculpted Dominions effect."
