Hate to say it but these trials are in Mickey Mouse court. What we have is no set rules. Without setting up a structure for the trial section these trials are all based on ever members ideas of what is right and supposed to be done. Personally I think we need to as a group decide how the trial system should proceed. Examples. How long from trial posted to wait for a response. How long from response to wait for it to be fixed by the person on trial. So on and so forth. 

Right now it seems that he bit off more then he could chew and decided to try and lie his way out of it. Maybe he is scamming. But with no deadlines posted we all jump to our own conclusions. And it seems like a bandwagon is forming.

Not meaning to hijack this trial just what I'm seeing.

Hence why I've been trying to silence the chatter on this thread for the last 2 pages!!! The issue was raised, the point was made, he has jumped to action and nothing more needed to be said. INCLUDING comment of it being pointless.

This isn't me getting touchy because it hijacked a trial I'm involved with. This is a mod suggesting everyone back down and chill to let sleeping dogs lie until next steps can be taken. However, if you want to make comment for improvement on the trading system start a thread and don't undermine something important to someone else (again, not speaking for myself, I knew what I was getting into when trading. I'm talking on behalf of the others).
